Items purchased from allbrand365 are eligible for free return shipping if the package is postmarked within the first 30 days of delivery. Initiate your return by requesting a prepaid return label.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Items not in this condition will not be accepted. Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box and placed inside an additional box for shipping transit. Damage to the shoe box makes shoes ineligible for return. If received damaged, shoes will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
Refunds require proof of purchase: the invoice mailed to you or the original credit card used for the purchase. Swimwear must have the original price tags and hygienic liner intact.
Return package sent after the 30 day period will be subject to a return fee. If you choose to use our label, $5 will be deducted from your merchandise refund for each return package. The window for returns is 30 days after delivery confirmation.
To initiate your return, contact us and provide us with your order number and account information. Once you receive your label, remove all previous shipping labels or information from your return packaging. Print out your return label and attach it to your package. To avoid returns lost in transit, please drop your return off with the correct carrier. We recommend keeping your shipping receipts until your return is refunded.
Refunds (if applicable)
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@allbrand365.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
